CONTRIBUTIONS

ADHD Child Advocate Services works in all 50 states.  ADHD Child Advocate Services will not turn down any parent or child that needs our help.  The cost comes out of the pockets of generosity of the advocates themselves, if no money is available from the parents.  It is with your contributions we are able to obtain certain testing and evaluations on K-12 children and teens to see where they are at academically so we can develop the most appropriate academic and behavioral plan as possible.  A child’s success is our success.

ADHD Child Advocate Services does not work for any school, school district or any governmental agency.  ADHD Child Advocate Services does not lobby or support any candidate in any political arenas.

ADHD Child Advocate Services is a 501 C 3 Non-Profit, Charitable Organization.  All Contributions are Tax Deductible.

PLEASE fill out the form below.  ADHD CAS will then send to you a Tax Contribution Receipt for your taxes.
